Explanation of the implementation of the service 

 We offer care products for sale via our website www.grahamhill-cosmetics.com. You can register on our website so that orders are saved in your customer account. Alternatively, guest orders are possible. You can subscribe to our newsletter. You can purchase items of your choice via our online store and have them sent to you.

Status of compatibility with the requirements 

The above service is partially compliant with the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG). The following parts/content/functions of the service are not barrier-free: Some audio and video content does not have subtitles. PDF documents are not always accessible with a screen reader. Newsletter registration is not barrier-free. Keyboard accessibility is not guaranteed for all areas. 

Accessible alternatives 

Example: As the promotional videos do not have subtitles, the spoken information from the video is also offered as text. 

Non-accessible parts of the service - implementation deadlines 

Example: We are working to provide audio and video content with subtitles by the end of 2025. We are working on being able to offer barrier-free registration for the newsletter as soon as possible. We are currently unable to provide an exact date.
